Beer Bratwurst Seasoning is a rich, full flavored bratwurst, flavored with REAL Beer and some of our favorite seasonings. These bratwursts pair great with Mustard, Onions, Sauerkraut, and a cold one!
*For even better flavor, add 12oz of your favorite beer to the seasoned ground mixture and combine thoroughly before stuffing*
This DIY kit includes:
- 1 pack Bearded Butcher Beer Bratwurst Seasoning (15oz) to season 25 lbs
- 1 pack of Bratwurst size 32mm Collagen Casing (2 strands) to stuff 25 lbs
- Ingredients: Salt, Natural Beer Flavor (Maltodextrin, Beer [Malted Barley, Hops, Yeast]), Spices (Including Celery Seed), Corn Syrup Solids, Dextrose, Onion Powder, Spice Extractives.
